The original 50 paintings were created for the Spring 2011 CSA organized by Springboard for the Arts and MNArtists. My proposal was to depict community, life and landscape around the western shores of Lake Superior, from Grand Marais and the North Shore to the Apostle Islands and the South Shore. The original paintings are 6×8″, acrylic on maple board.

Just a few photos from the studio, I am at the beginning of several new paintings. Most of these will be watercolor on paper 12 x 18″, and inspired by the sights and sounds of Milan & Florence.
